Mary noticed Rosalie's thumb was looking red. Upon further investigation, it turns out Rosalie's tooth is scratching it up! That's a side-effect no one tells you about.
I guess thumb sucking is a bad habit. However, there are things that we can do to help our kids get rid of that. It was also a phase that my 3 year old went thru. Whenever I see him thumb sucking, i slowly try to get his thumb out of his mouth and give him something healthy to nibble on. Slowly but surely, he was able to get rid of the thumb sucking.
